Hans Davies – Senior Partner
Hans joined the firm as a trainee solicitor in 2003, subsequently completed his qualifications, and became a partner in 2007.
Hans’ areas of expertise include Family Law, Wills and Probate, Lasting Powers of Attorney, and Settlement Agreements.
He is also a keen footballer, music lover, and lives nearby with his family.
Kelly Claret (previously Kelly-Anne Carr) – Partner
Kelly qualified as a Licensed Conveyancer in 2016, and originally joined the firm as a locum in August 2019, before becoming a partner and head of the Conveyancing Team in September 2019.
Kelly has over 20 years experience in the legal industry, specialises in conveyancing/property related matters, and lives locally with her chihuahua Ritz.
She enjoys reading, learning new skills, watching films, listening to music and trying new vegan/vegetarian foods and restaurants.
Hollie Dunning – Legal Secretary
Hollie is a qualified Legal Secretary in the Family Department, who joined the firm in 2019, and assists Hans Davies with Wills, Probate, and Matrimonial matters.
Hollie previously worked for Hampshire Constabulary for over 12 years, and joined our firm part-time with an interest in pursuing a career in the legal industry, whilst raising two young and boisterous boys.

Tammy Cray – Accounts Manager
Tammy is the firms Accounts Manager, dealing with all accounts and finance related matters.
Tammy joined the firm in 2019 and has over 20 years accounts experience.
Georgia Hayward – Receptionist/Legal Assistant
Georgia originally joined the firm in 2023, as our Receptionist, but now assists Hans Davies with Wills, Lasting Power of Attorneys, and many other administrative matters.
Sophie Butler – Receptionist/Office Assistant
Sophie joined the firm in 2025, and is the first person to greet you when you visit the office, or telephone in.
She also assists with general administration duties, and practical jobs around the office, such as dealing with the post received and sent each day.
Sophie loves all things chocolatey, and has lots of little granny hobbies like crochet, paint by numbers, and baking.
Jessica Trowbridge – Paralegal
Jessica joined the firm in 2026, and assists Hans Davies with Wills, Probate, and Lasting Powers of Attorney matters.
She is a recent MLaw graduate, is excited to progress her legal career, and loves cooking, music, and travelling.
Ritz – Office Dog
Ritz is our office dog (chihuahua) and offers support and encouragement to the team and clients alike.
