Hans Davies – Proprietor & Solicitor
Hans joined the firm as a trainee solicitor in 2003, subsequently completed his qualifications, and became a partner in 2007.
Hans’ areas of expertise include Family Law, Wills and Probate, Lasting Powers of Attorney, and Settlement Agreements.
He is also a keen footballer, music lover, and lives nearby with his family.
Hollie Dunning (FILS)- Legal PA
Hollie is a Legal PA and qualified Legal Secretary specialising in Family Law. Since joining the firm in 2019, she has provided dedicated support to Solicitor Hans Davies, assisting with a wide range of family law matters, as well as probate and wills.
With a strong background in legal administration and client care, Hollie takes pride in delivering an efficient, organised, and professional service. She works closely with clients and colleagues to ensure matters progress smoothly, providing reliable support throughout every stage of the legal process and has since become an important and valued member of the team.

Tammy Cray – Practice Manager
Tammy is the firms Practice Manager. Tammy joined the firm in 2019 as the Accounts Manager dealing with all accounts and finance related matters and has recently taken on the role of Practice Manager.
Tammy has over 20 years accounts experience in accounts. Her extensive knowledge and attention to detail ensure the smooth and efficient management of the firm’s processes, making her a valued member of the team.
Georgia Hayward – Legal Assistant
Georgia joined the firm in 2023 as our Receptionist and has since progressed into the role of Legal Assistant, providing support to Hans Davies with Wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney, and a variety of administrative matters.
Georgia’s friendly and professional approach, combined with her commitment to delivering excellent client service, makes her a valued member of the team.
Sophie Butler – Receptionist/Office Administrator
Sophie joined the firm in 2025 and is often the first point of contact for clients, providing a warm and professional welcome to those visiting the office or contacting the firm by telephone.
Alongside her reception duties, Sophie provides valuable administrative support to the team, assisting with the day-to-day running of the office and helping to ensure everything operates smoothly. Her friendly and reliable approach makes her a valued member of staff and an important part of the team.
Jessica Trowbridge – Trainee Solicitor
Jessica joined the firm in 2026, and assists Hans Davies with Wills, Probate, and Lasting Powers of Attorney matters.
She is a recent MLaw graduate, is excited to progress her legal career, and loves cooking, music, and travelling.
